Which jewelry box collections are available from stock?
Our ZP travel jewelry boxes, SL single-layer jewelry boxes and ML multi-layer jewelry boxes are stock collections. Availability depends on the selected model, color and quantity. OD designs are made to order and are not held in stock.
Can I add my logo to stock jewelry boxes?
Yes. We can add your logo to existing stock boxes, with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces for logo customization. Available methods include foil stamping, screen printing and laser engraving, depending on the box material. Logo setup and processing fees are quoted separately.
Can you develop a jewelry box from my drawing or sample?
Yes. We can develop jewelry boxes from your drawings, dimensions or physical samples. We can also modify an existing style by adjusting its color, lining, logo or hardware. Projects requiring a new mold have a minimum order quantity of 3,000 pieces, with mold fees charged separately.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples are available for reviewing the existing product, while custom samples can be developed to assess your requested changes. Sample fees depend on the type of sample, and shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Can I visit your factory or arrange a video tour?
Yes. We welcome scheduled factory visits and can arrange an online video tour so you can see our production facilities and equipment. Contact us to arrange a visit or discuss the areas you would like to review.
Can I arrange a third-party inspection?
Yes. We support third-party inspections during bulk production and can provide quality inspection reports on request. You can also request available material compliance documentation for review before placing an order.
